We need to pay special attention to the characteristics of PC plastics and treat them differently: to increase the fluidity of the melt, we should not increase the injection pressure but instead increase the injection temperature. Require short and thick runners and gates of the mold to reduce fluid pressure loss, while also requiring high injection pressure.

Before molding, the resin needs to undergo sufficient drying treatment to control its moisture content below 0.02%. In addition, insulation measures should be taken during the processing to prevent re absorption of moisture.
